When Will You Reach Pixy Instead of a Human?

You might be connected with Pixy in two main situations:

  1. After Hours: If you call outside our standard business hours, Pixy will step in and take your message or help with common questions.
  2. Overflow Calls: If our team is already on the line and unable to answer, Pixy will take the call rather than sending you to voicemail.

This means no more waiting or missed calls, and you will always be able to leave a detailed message for our team to follow up on.
