Important Advice: Scheduled Maintenance Outage


We would like to advise that there will be a couple of short outages in the next week which will take place overnight as our data centre migrates our servers to a new location.

This outage will affect all websites, email & eTourism Online systems. During this time emails will not be lost and will be queued for delivery - you will still receive them once the network is back up and running.

Outage 1: Saturday 30th September - The expected impact will be up to 5 x 5 minute durations between 11pm to 4am on Saturday night going into Sunday.

Outage 2: Tuesday 3rd October - The expected impact will be up to 3 hours total duration between 11pm and 6am

We will be monitoring all services and we expect that there will be minimal impact to client services during this time. This maintenance is part of an ongoing improvement plan to have a better hosting network in a new data centre.
