New Client Announcement - Stay in Noosa (Laguna Services)

We are pleased to announce the launch of another exciting hotel marketing campaign with four key properties in the Noosa region: Las Rias, Noosa Quays, Little Cove Court and The Cove Noosa including an online accommodation portal Stay In Noosa
 
As the name suggests, Stay In Noosa specialise in great deals on accommodation packages in Noosa, on the Sunshine Coast.  The 4 properties use a portal website strategy to offer guests affordable ‘Stay, Relax and Play’ accommodation packages at each of the brilliantly located waterside properties.
The eTourism team are now working with the Stay In Noosa portal and its four partnering resorts Las Rias, Noosa Quays, Little Cove Court and the Cove Noosa, to implement a complete online marketing strategy across all five sites. 
 

Website Design & Development 

We recently completed the design stage of the project, which included website design and development to maximise bookings, implementation of the iLaunch Content Management System, social media profile branding and the integration and customisation of the HiSite online reservations system – an automated third party reservation system from Hirum
 

Marketing Campaign 

Using our new Guest Analysis service, our team have conducted an in-depth analysis of the client’s past guest data to identify demographic profiles on the guest segments and create a customised marketing campaign to target this persona. We are currently using this data to put forward a strategic email marketing plan to target specific guests, with the possible inclusion of  incentives for repeat guests.
 
As part of our email marketing campaign, we will be strengthening the client’s guest relationships by sending out a Thank You EDM one week after check-out and a Welcome email 3 days prior to check-in, as well as ad hoc marketing emails targeting previous guests that don’t have future bookings. 
 
Our Search Engine Optimisation team will put into action both off-page and on-page marketing techniques to ensure potential guests can find the Stay In Noosa website quickly and easily in the search engines. We’ll also be responsible for the client’s Online Reputation Management, which will involve monitoring the web for guest reviews or comments that may need to be addressed to improve their online reputation. 
 

Monthly Marketing Reports

Finally, each month we will provide the client with a marketing report that breaks down our marketing activities, bookings, conversions, traffic data, search engine results, reviews, blogs and any marketing campaigns run in the previous four weeks. 
 
eTourism General Manager Lee Tester is Project Manager for the Stay In Noosa project, which is a 12-month campaign. Bryan and Andrew Marsh were responsible for securing the new campaign.
