As part of continually trying to improve eTourism Online, we have released an update to the email confirmations that your clients receive.
The update now includes the package and room descriptions within the confirmation emails:
We have added this in so that your customers will now fully know and understand what they are receiving as part of their booking.
To update your descriptions, this can be done through your eTourism Online extranet. For the 'Room Descrition' go to Tools > Rooms > Modify Rooms > Select. Similarly for the package description go to Rates/Packages > Click Modify on the relevant package.
