Our office will be officially closed from the end of business on Monday 21st December 2015 and will re-open on Monday 4th January 2016 at 9:00am.
Between Monday 4th January & Friday 8th January 2016, our support team will only be operating between 9am and 3pm. Over this holiday period we will be providing limited email support. Please be prepared for up to 48 hours response time in some situations.
As normal, we will be offering an emergency out of hours support service. For emergency phone support over this time please call 1300 551 448 and follow the prompts. Please be aware a fee may apply for this service. Email is our preferred option at this time.

A couple of tips you should do NOW to prepare for this period:
- Double check all your arrivals for the next 3 weeks - Login to your eTourism Online Admin Reports section and print a Revenue Report. Cross check you have ALL bookings
- Contact support for booking details if required
- Double check your availability & rates are correct and in line with your channel manager
- Please ensure you send us ALL amendments/cancellations through to the usual support channels as they occur
