IMPORTANT ADVICE: Bogus Support Emails

29/12/2015

I hope you are all had a great Christmas and are looking forward to New Year's Eve.

It has been brought to our attention that a large portion of our customers have been contacted in the last few days by a bogus company claiming to represent eTourism Support and requesting your login and password details to reset your eTourism connection.

They appear to eminate from an email address of etourism@tech-center.com. All official emails will always be sent from an email address of @etourism.com.au or similar

They are also requesting that you send copies of reservations including your PDF password to open them. PLEASE DO NOT SEND THEM ANY DETAILS OR RESERVATIONS, LOGINS OR PASSWORDS. This is your guests private information including their credit cards which should not be divulaged to anyone. eTourism does not need any of this information.

This company is not in any way associated with or representatives of eTourism or eTourism Support. Please delete these emails immediately. eTourism Support will never request any logins or passwords from you at any time.

If you have already sent this company any information, please email support@etourism.com.au and someone will be in contact shortly.

If you are concerned about any emails received from eTourism please email support@etourism.com.au to confirm the authenticity.

Thanks.
