COVID-19 SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT & SUPPORT

Dear Clients,

We wanted to reach out to you, our valued clients, in this period of uncertainty that is being felt in Australia and around the world, to assure you that your eTourism team are stepping up to support you!

With regard to coronavirus (COVID-19), we are closely monitoring the updates and adapting our processes to suit the evolving situation as necessary. 

We can confidently confirm the following measures are in place:

  • Our team members are already working remotely from home, therefore our services to you are operating normally and will continue to do so until further notice. All incoming calls and emails for support will be handled in the normal manner without interruption.

  • We have already been planning how to adapt your marketing strategies to put into place measures to support your marketing at this time - details & the information that you need to know will be emailed out to you soon with our recommendations.

  • All clients digital marketing strategies will be adapted one by one to suit the current climate as it evolves, therefore we welcome any advise or feedback - please email support@etourism.com.au

  • Any promotions in place of local events that have now been cancelled will be placed on hold

We are working to contact all clients in the coming days with more information and materials, but would like to offer our assurances that we are here to help, and will be doubling down our efforts to support your business and the tourism industry. As the situation evolves, know we will be here to support you and react as soon as possible.

Have you considered how you are going to maintain your incoming guests to ensure minimal cancellation requests? You can grow your customer loyalty by working with them to continue their stay at a reduced price? Maybe you can offer a credit to be used later down the track or simply move the stay dates to later in the year? 

Be proactive and contact your future guests to find out what they intend to do with their booking. 

If you try to look after your guests now, they will become loyal down the track. Consider how you are going to grow your market share in this difficult time.

We know that this may seem a challenging time ahead, but please know that eTourism wants to help and support you through this, so please feel free to reach out with any queries or questions that you may have.
