Our office will be closed from the end of business on Thursday 19th December 2013 and will reopen on Monday 6th January 2014 at 8:30am. Over this time limited email support will be available. Please be prepared for up to 48 hours response time in some situations.

A couple of tips you should do NOW to prepare for this period:
- Double check all your arrivals for the next 3 weeks by using your eTourism Online admin reports section and printing a Revenue Report. Cross check you have ALL bookings.
- Contact support for details of any missing bookings
- Double check your availability & rates are correct and in line with your channel manager
- Please ensure you send us ALL amendments/cancellations through to the usual support channels as they occur
