Using email to improve sales and loyalty

Email should form part of your resorts online strategy. If it isn’t, you’re missing out on an opportunity to build significant long term relationships with your existing guests.

When you carry out a successful email strategy you are communicating with recent and past guests and create an increasingly loyal customer base and extending your resorts brand value.
