ELRes 3.4 Now Online

eTourism is excited to announce the release of the latest build of ELRes. Release 3.4 has some fantastic upgrades including the introduction of easier and improved Last Minute functionality. The following upgrades were designed to meet the needs of our client who, through feedback help us improve the booking system to make it not only easier to use but create higher levels of return on investment.
Last Minute Packages
Placing last minute stock on your own resorts website is not as easy as any other last minute website. Simply create a last minute package and assign a cost over the next 14 days. The last minute prices will be displayed along with regular search results when people are searching for availability on your website – it’s that easy!
Full Payment Option
When setting your payment rules, Now you can give guests the option to pay for their stay upfront, in full.
Guest Communicator
To give our clients a mass email marketing system, eTourism has partnered with Australia’s leading supplier to bring you this new functionality. You will now be able to market to your ELRes guest database and send them an email introducing specials, news information or details of special deals. You can either send the email in plain text or HTML. You will be able to review details of your campaign and get detailed information on emails sent, click-through’s and unsubmits.
Updates have also been made to Cancellation Dates & Rules, the ELRes help menu, and credit card fee’s and rules.
ELRes now works harder than ever for your resort to generate more bookings, more often from your own website.
