Carlson Hotels Worldwide today announced a new customer guarantee for Radisson Hotels & Resorts and Park Plaza Hotels & Resorts which ensures that guests will find the best online room rate on the hotel brand web sites: www.radisson.com and www.parkplaza.com. The guarantee goes into effect today at more than 425 Radisson locations in 61 countries and nearly 40 Park Plaza locations in 12 countries.

Carlson says it wants to make it easy for busy customers to find the best available rate without the need to shop around.

Added Stage, "We want our guests to know that we will work hard to ensure that the best available online rate is on our brand sites. Customers no longer need to waste valuable time checking numerous sites to ensure the best rate."

The company plans to stand behind its guarantee. If a customer finds a lower online rate, that lower rate will be honored and an additional 25 percent discount will be given. Details of the guarantee are on the brand web sites.
